Man reports trespassing

DAVENPORT — A local man reported a woman he previously allowed to move in had returned to his residence without permission.

According to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records, Matthew James Chapman called dispatch April 23 saying Amber Jean Sitter was at the house on Marshall Street. He told deputies he had revoked her permission to be in the hosue and changed the locks.

Deputy Matt Gilbert responded and found the front door unlocked. A search of the residence turned up no one inside. The deputy was unable to secure the door because of the lock style and advised the complainant....
