ODESSA — Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1 (Odessa) commissioners discussed finances and spending transparency during its June 25 meeting.
Officials reported that long-term care occupancy in the district’s Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center remains low, with only five to seven residents currently in beds, compared to 20 to 22 in the past.
