Suspicious vehicle checked

REARDAN — A red Chevrolet pickup parked for three days at the city park prompted a check on July 16, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records. Mayor Kathy Eastman requested deputies check the vehicle.

Katie Gardner, 29, who was with the truck and said she is homeless, agreed to move her vehicle, according to the records. Deputies advised her she could not drive because of a suspended license; she agreed to make other arrangements.
