State v. Tukoma James Marchand, third-degree driving while license suspended; 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $500 suspended,an additional fine of $43 for criminal conviction fee, $500 to pay to court clerk.

State v. Aaron Kyle Timm, second-degree driving while license suspended; sentence suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: 364 days in jail with 184 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended, serve a total of 180 days in jail with credit for 0 days served, ignition interlock device must be installed within 7 days at defendant’s expense, found indigent, probation ordered for 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised. No criminal violations of law or alcohol-related infractions, do not drive a motor vehicle without a valid license and proof of insurance, obtain a substance use disorder evaluation within 30 days of order being signed, use no alcohol beverages, marijuana, or non-prescribed controlled drugs.Submit to random testing of blood, breath , or urine for alcohol and/or drugs at the discretion of Probation.

State v. Destiny Marie Birdtail, failure to transfer title; 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $900 suspended, found indigent, pay to clerk $100, report to jail 10 days from signed July 23 date for finger printing

State v. Michael Jacob Boyer, driving under the influence; 324 days in jail suspended with 7 days imposed and credit for 2 days served (balance of 317 days suspended), to remain in jail until time served, defendant shall submit to another substance use disorder evaluation within 20 days.

State v. Isaiah M. Chavis, protection order violation (domestic violence); sentence suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: 364 days in jail with 244 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended, serve a total of 120 days in jail with credit for 48 days served, jail report date Aug. 12, found indigent, an additional fine of $31 for DPO assessment for DV conviction, probation ordered for 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised, no criminal violations of law.

State v. Jason Dale Roberts, third-degree driving while license suspended(dismissed on state’s motion), open vehicle without ignition interlock; 364 days in jail with 349 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended, serve a total of 15 days in jail with credit for 0 days served, jail report date Aug. 29. Found indigent, and additional fine of $275 for probations and monitoring fee, probation ordered for 12 months supervised, no criminal violations of law or alcohol-related infractions.

State v. Billy Jack Bragg, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence); sentence suspended for 6 months on the following conditions: 364 days in jail with 307 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended, serve a total of 57 days in jail with credit for 57 days served, an additional fine of $150 for probation and monitoring fee, 6 months supervised probation, mental health evaluation within 20 days and begin any recommended treatment within 25 days.

State v. Vern Leroy Eggerud Jr., anti-harassment protection order violation;sentence suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: 364 days in jail with 302 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended, serve a total of 62 days in jail with credit for 62 days served, found indigent, an additional fine of $450 for probation and monitoring fee, probation ordered for 24 months supervised, no criminal violations of law, mental health evaluation within 30 days and begin any recommended treatment (including prescribed medication) within 35 days, no contact order.

State v. Timothy Robert Lang, reckless driving (probation modification); 356 days in jail suspended with 60 days imposed (converted to electronic home monitoring), fine of $4,000, SCRAM device to be installed by July 26 or arrest will follow.

State v. Chazrina Ann Swan, vehicle prowling in the second degree, attempted second-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief(dismissed on state’s motion); sentence suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: count one 364 days in jail with 342 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,500 suspended, count two 364 days in jail with 342 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended, serve a total of 21 days in jail with credit for 21 days served (concurrent), an additional fine of $450 for probation and monitoring fee, found indigent, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation, restitution due within 60 days, no criminal violations of law.

State v. Chazrina Ann Swan, third-degree driving while license suspended (dismissed on state’s motion).

State v. Zachary Lee Zittel, driving under the influence and fourth-degree assault (probation modification); 219 days in jail suspended with 180 days imposed and credit for 7 days served (balance of 39 days suspended), fine of $3,500 with $1,500 imposed ($2,000 remaining).
