DAVENPORT — Lincoln County residents and stakeholders are invited to a Mobility Summit on July 31 to help update the county’s Human Services Transportation Plan and identify gaps in services for people who cannot meet their own transportation needs because of age, disability or income.
The summit is organized to gather community input that will shape strategies for improving mobility and access to essential services, according to Madelyn Carlson, CEO of People For People.
