REARDAN —A motorist was arrested Saturday, July 25, after reportedly displaying a handgun during a U.S. Highway 2 road-rage incident.
Kenneth Richwalski was arrested by the Washington State Patrol near Milepost 269; charing information was not provided before press time.
According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, a complainant reported a driver, later identified as Richwalski, pointed what appeared to be a pistol while passing....
