Construction site checked

DAVENPORT — A resident reported a truck lingering at a nearby construction site late Saturday night, Aug. 8.

Donovan Allen Hoeye, of 705 11th St. called deputies about 9:44 p.m. and said a truck spent about five minutes at a construction site close to his home before leaving, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Chris Stein determined the location was a new house under construction near 12th and Marshall streets and checked the site, according to sheriff’s office records....
