Wilkinson concerned over unfinished work

DAVENPORT — City Councilman Michael Wilkinson believes the city has too many projects that get talked about, but not finished.

“I’m on the verge of being embarrassed to be a city councilman,” Wilkinson said during a Wednesday, Sept. 9, council meeting.

Wilkinson said several projects need to be completed, including the gun range that still needs fence, power and a range master after the city paid Lincoln County $22,600 to move dirt.
