Screaming Eagles fall in opener

REARDAN- The Screaming Eagles girls soccer team opened the season losing to Upper Columbia Academy (UCA) 3-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

Reardan debuted a young roster featuring five eighth-graders. UCA controlled the game with its offensive pressure, generating 22 shots on goal compared to a single shot on goal for Reardan.

UCA was led by Haven Dye with two goals and Taylinn Craik with one.

Despite the loss, Reardan coach Richard Breedlove was pleased with his team's effort.
