    DAVENPORT-Lincoln County Public Works director Rick Becker considered pushing for 40 years employed with the county, but decided 39 years was enough.     ODESSA- A discussion to allow chickens within town limits was tabled by council at the regular meeting Monday, May 9 until a proposal was made or petitioned.
