    DAVENPORT—Kathryn Wilcox, the former chief civil deputy for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), allegedly misappropriated, or stole, over $20,000 and caused over $10,000 in “questionable losses” within the Sheriff’s Office between 2017 and 2019, documents released by the Washington State Auditor today confirmed.     LINCOLN COUNTY—The total population of the United States grew by 22.7 million, or 7.4%, between 2010 and 2020, according to census data. However, that growth rate didn’t hold in Lincoln County.
