Earl Joseph Meise, 97 of Odessa, Wash., passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 27, 2020 in Odessa. Earl was born April 28, 1923, in Quincy, Ill., to Fred and Alvina Meise. Earl attended high school in Washtucna and graduated in 1943. He married Ramona Jean Burghard on November 2, 1946. The couple celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary in November 2019. DAVENPORT — A series of criminal cases cleared Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday as the men charged accepted plea deals from the Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. The cases, which ranged from drug possession to theft were resolved by entering pleas with Lincoln County Superior Court Judge John Strohmaier on July 7.
