    The Titan Golf team kicked off spring sports Tuesday, March 15, in Harrington. The match included the St. Georges Dragons, the Kettle Falls Bulldogs and the Tekoe-Rosalia Timberwolves.     Missionaries Sunday, March 6, the Harrington Church of the Nazarene hosted missionaries, Larry and Susan Weil, who have been on furlough from Mozambique nearly a year. They presented a slide show of their mission work and both spoke during the presentation. They have been in the mission field for about 18 years, since One Mission Society began work there in 1996, and have been instrumental in building a school complex there.     The February 9 special election held in Lincoln County saw the school and hospital levies in Odessa and Harrington pass by comfortable margins. Of the 5,823 registered voters in 40 precincts, 3,107 had returned ballots by February 12 when the last count was tabulated for a voter turnout of 53.36 percent.
