    The annual Christmas Fest put on by the Odessa Junior Livestock 4-H Club and the many volunteers who helped out last Wednesday, December 3, have once again put on a well-attended local event to kick off the holiday shopping season.     At its Monday night meeting, the last meeting of 2014, the Odessa Town Council approved its annual budget for 2015, a resolution adopting a fee structure for use of the Old Town Hall and the community commercial kitchen, and another resolution adopting the increased fees for water/sewer/refuse.     Over 75 adults and children in pre-K through fifth grade were present at the second “Unwrap the Gift of Reading” event which took place on Tuesday, December 2, at the Odessa School.     In girls’ basketball, the Odessa-Harrington Titans, like the boys, suffered back-to-back losses this past weekend to Davenport and Wilbur-Creston. In Friday’s game against Davenport, the Titans and Gorillas were tied at half-time and even managed a one-point lead by the end of the third quarter.     Lloyd V. Tebow passed away December 2, 2014, at his home in Odessa at the age of 94. He was born March 15, 1920 in Lamont, Okla. to Karl and Edith Tebow.
