Jacob DeWulf is the son of Mark and Peggy DeWulf and a senior at Odessa High School and plays on the Titans high school boys basketball team. A Quilters Tea is being held Monday, February 10, at Any Occasion Banquet Hall, to benefit The Odessa Quilt Club’s quilt-making project for Angel Flight, and hopefully also make a monetary donation to the Angel Flight organization. Graham, the western industrial agent of the GNW in Seattle to Odessa station agent, W.L. Moseley. The farm was proposed to be as close to Odessa and the railroad as possible. Two programs were performed at the school. "The Once In The Future King" by Frank V. Priore was performed Jan 21, Tuesday evening, at 7:30 by Mr. Nighswonger's 7-12 grades drama class. The Odessa Memorial Hospital Auxiliary has announced the date of its annual rummage sale to be held in the hospital atrium. The group’s service projects have raised money to buy items for the hospital not covered in its annual budget. To the Editor: An Odessa friend sent me a January 9 copy of a letter to your paper. The letter was signed Duane Pitts of Moses Lake. Since I have a dear relative that teaches in that district and since Odessa and Moses Lake are on the same side of the state, I might question the values imparted to those students.
