    The Desert 100 race weekend put on by the Stumpjumpers Motorcycle Club has come and gone. Similar to Odessa's Deutschesfest, the event takes months of preparation and then is all over within three days, except for the cleanup, of course. Official results of the race are not yet available but should be posted in time for next week's paper.     Meeting Monday, April 13, in the public library, the Odessa Town Council approved the termination of the airport lease of Wilbur-Ellis and then approved a lease for the newly formed Odessa Air Service company.     The official filing period for the fall elections will be held May 11 through May 15, 2015. All offices are subject to both Primary and General Elections. If more than two candidates file for a position, the Primary Election would narrow the field to two candidates who would then appear on the General Election ballot.
