DAVENPORT - Lincoln County commissioners approved the establishment of Klein Road No. 2280 and Sage Road during their regular meeting Tuesday, Feb. 18. A public hearing for Klein Road opened at 10:40 a.m. Commissioners voted to waive the reading of the full affidavit.
