    FISHTRAP — The Bureau of Land Management reviewed reports of someone shooting at a camper near Lake Valley Loop Road north of Sprague. According to a Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office report, the camper called dispatch Nov. 29 to report “people are shooting at him and his camper.” Records show he reported that a bullet had pierced his camper. “Reporting person did state that he is camping right by the train tracks,” a report said, noting there is a shooting range “right down the road.” The camper spoke with a BLM agent, who...
