    Area voters in 22 precints gave yes votes to all of the levies requested in the special election of February 10, 2015. Out of 2,592 registered voters in Lincoln County, only 1,306 submitted their ballots for a voter turnout of 50.39 percent. Another tabulation of the votes will take place February 23 prior to the certification date of February 24.     The Odessa Public Library is hosting a brief presentation by Richard Molsbee, Odessa’s USDA Food Safety Inspector, on Saturday, February 21 at 4 p.m. Richard is the inspector for the local meat processing plant and for Voise Sausage.
