    For the second year in a row, two horses have tested positive for West Nile virus in Lincoln County, reminding us that the virus is present.     On August 24, Ritzville EMS and Adams County Deputies were dispatched to a farm accident where an eight-year-old boy had been run over by a tractor. At the time of the call, the boy was unresponsive. Adams County Dispatch provided the boy’s father with CPR procedures.     Pastor Tim Hauge of Christ Lutheran Church in Odessa died Monday from injuries suffered in a harvest accident. He was driving a semi loaded with wheat toward town when the vehicle’s brakes failed. According to the Washington State Patrol, the vehicle “was southbound on SR21 approaching milepost 56.
