    On October 14, 2014, Linda Colbert had the horticulture class come up to her house and pick pumpkins for the retirement home in Ritzville, the Shriners Hospital of Spokane and the local food bank.     After a busy weekend for the public works crew, members of the Odessa Town Council heard from homeowners affected by basements flooded with sewage in the southwest corner of the town.     By TRACI BRUCKNER Center for Rural Affairs USDA recently announced several changes to Farm Service Agency (FSA) loan programs, changes designed to help more beginning farmers and ranchers.     The Odessa School Board, meeting October 22, 2014, heard from junior-high math teacher Larry Weber on the activities of the Odessa-Harrington Athletic Booster Club.
