On Friday, March 14, 2014, at about 3:30 p.m., Lincoln County Sheriffs Deputy Calen Hayes was on routine patrol in the Davenport area when a dark green Honda Accord entered radar range at approximately 85 mph traveling westbound on State Route 2.
