RTS' liquor license allows minors in bar at certain times

The Rolling Thunder Saloon has applied for and received a special liquor license allowing it to have a designated seating area for minors and their families or guardians. The minors must be 13 years of age or older to enter the saloon on their own. Those under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or a sibling or sitter over the age of 13. Minors will be allowed inside the saloon from the saloon’s specified opening hour until 11 p.m. The latter time will soon change to 9 p.m., but for now it remains 11 p.m.
