BBCC Lady Vikings summer camp for basketball 7/15 - 18

The final Lady Vikings basketball camp of the summer will be held at Big Bend Community College July 15-18.

Lady Vikings’ coach and camp director Preston Wilks will lead a group of current college players to instruct girls in grades 3-9 in the DeVries Activities Center.

Activities will last from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Players are divided into groups according to age and skill level. Basketball fundamentals are taught and drilled each day.

Players participate in multiple games and contests daily, and awards are given for individual and team performance, Wilks said.
