Lady Titans split two games to open basketball season

The Titan girls basketball team started their season last weekend, December 6 and 7, with games against Republic (away) and Moses Lake Christian Academy at Big Bend Community College (for the annual Floch Memorial Games), getting one win and one loss in the process.

On Friday, after trailing at the end of the first quarter, Republic came back to tie the game at the half. After a back-and-forth third quarter, the Tigers caught fire and outscored the Titans 20 to 4 in the fourth quarter to defeat Odessa-Harrington, 57-40.
