Deadly accident occurred near Summer Falls Dam

Near COULEE CITY, Wash. Mar. 31, 2014 – An 8-year-old Ephrata boy, Korey Kolves, has died after a car he was in with one adult and two other children went into a canal near Summer Falls Dam south of Coulee City. The man with them in the vehicle, Scott Kolves, age 45 and also of Ephrata is still missing.
