Cast members for the school musical have been in rehearsal since January.
Odessa students in grades 2-11 will present a musical called Hairspray, Jr. on March 31, 2016 at 1 p.m. (limited seating) and again at 7 p.m. in the school's multipurpose room. There is no cost for admission, but donations to help cover production expenses will be gladly accepted.
This year, fourth-grade teacher Ellen Holman returns as the director. The cast underwent auditions and was chosen prior to the winter break. Rehearsals began in January.
