Memorial Day flags are dedicated

Odessa veterans Gerald Smith, Jerry Jasman, Ed Jasman and John Hardt dedicate the flags of former local service members who have died over the past year. A smaller than normal crowd gathered for the Memorial Day presentation at the Odessa Cemetery on Monday. Legion and VFW members Frank White, Loren Totusek, Bob Zimbelman and Frank Clark also participated in the honor guard and 21-gun salute squad.
