Civil Judgments

Galaxy International Purchasing LLC, of Las Vegas, Nev., was awarded a $2,889.25 default judgment against Jeff Ramsdell (and spouse), of Davenport, in a matter involving credit account debt.

In two separate matters, Baum Jesse Quinn, doing business as The Tree Whisperer, of Edwall, must pay $5,540 and $5,490 in construction compliance penalties to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.

New Criminal Cases

Carl Wayne Clark, 63, of Davenport, is charged with unlawful delivery of marijuana in connection with a Jan. 10 compliance check by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board at Natural Green in Davenport, where he works as a budtender.

Simone E. Metcalf, 28, of Reardan, is charged with second-degree theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property in connection with jewelry valued from $3,000 to $5,000 that was taken from a Rocklyn Road residence in the Harrington area and pawned.

Shirley Dee Sauer, 56, of Sprague, is charged with second-degree identity theft and second-degree theft in connection with money removed from a woman’s bank account after her Nov. 27, 2018, death until March 8, and items taken without permission from her residence in Sprague between Nov. 30 and Dec. 5, 2018.

Three Yakima residents are charged in connection with a March 15 traffic stop on Interstate 90 near the Adams County line. Carlos P. Arciga, Jr., 25, is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Two others – Curtis P. Onco, 46, and Korah D. Onco, 19 – are charged with second-degree taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s permission. The vehicle was retrieved during the traffic stop.

Timothy J. Bodi, 56, of Wilbur, is charged with tampering with a witness in a child abuse and/or neglect case. The alleged incident occurred March 5 in Wilbur. The court issued a no-contact order that protects two individuals.

Steven A. Pina, 47, of Spokane and/or Republic, is charged with possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride in connection with a Sept. 10, 2018, traffic stop on Devils Gap Road during which a deputy discovered a suspicious glass device.

Gregory William Behrens, 39, of Sprague, is charged with possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride in connection with a July 23, 2018, traffic stop at 4th and D Street in Sprague, during which a deputy discovered a suspicious substance.

Stephanie L. McDuffie, 48, of Spokane and/or Davenport, is charged with second-degree identity theft in connection with the investigation of a vehicle prowling incident on property adjacent to SR 23 near Sprague and the taking of a credit card that was used at least five times to purchase gas in Davenport, Airway Heights and Grand Coulee on Sept. 15 and 16 of last year.

New Civil Cases

Washington State Employees Credit Union seeks $17,665.51 plus interest and fees from Jesse D. Hottell, formerly of Ellensburg, Wash., and now a Lincoln County resident, to cover the unpaid balance on a vehicle purchased Jan. 29, 2016, from Consumer Auto Liquidators in Airway Heights.

In an unlawful detainer matter, James Hayes seeks eviction of Jamie and Corey Kazinsky from premises at 107 South 3rd in Almira, along with $1,120 in unpaid rent.
