MIXEY, Charles “Earl” – (age 82) passed away on February 7, 2020 in Davenport, WA. Earl was born on September 1, 1937 to Charles & Romaine Mixey in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Inurnment will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 1:00 PM, at the Davenport Community Center.
