Davenport HS boys ties for third in XC race at Reardan

MS girls have two top-five finishers

REARDAN--The Davenport high school boys cross country team tied for third place with Chewelah at a 2B cross country meet in Reardan on a sunny Saturday morning March 13 behind Asotin and Kettle Falls. It was the closest meet of the season, as Asotin finished with 58 points, Kettle Falls finished with 60 and Davenport and Chewelah had 61 apiece.

Davenport's top finisher was junior Jake Coffman, who finished fifth with a time of 18:33.

Meanwhile, Josie Wynecoop and Glenna Soliday finished in third and fourth place respectively in the middle school girls race for the Gorillas.
