Davenport boys shoo away Kettle Falls

DAVENPORT-The Gorillas continued their winning ways in their third game of the season against the Kettle Falls Bulldogs, taking care of a team that made the state tournament last season but lost many key players. Davenport won soundly 63-34 after taking a 23-8 lead in the first quarter and holding a halftime lead of 38-13.

Tennesee Rainwater had his best game of the season to date, scoring 26 points and converting 11-of-15 shots from two-point range. He continued to struggle from three, missing all five of his long-distance attempts, but he covered that ground with paint efficiency.
