Motorcycle rider flees crash in Davenport

DAVENPORT – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is still searching for the rider of a motorcycle that rear-ended an SUV just east of here Sunday morning, Sept. 5.

According to LCSO, the rider is suspected to be a white male with curly hair and a beard. He was wearing a gray shirt with white pants, and was last seen in the area of Main Street. The crash reportedly occurred on Highway 2 as the speed limit slows from 60 mph to 30 mph.
