Streets/water-mains project finished

ODESSA – Odessa Mayor Bill Crossley called the town council meeting to order on October 25, with council members Vickie Iverson, Landon Lobe and Kelly Watkins present. Marlene Kramer and Amy Gimmestad were absent.

Council granted a request by new Odessa homeowners to adjust the water bill limit at which extra charges are assessed, due to a prior tenant situation that existed before they bought the property.
