SPANGLE-Davenport's Kylee Buchanan and Reardan's Coalie Whitman represented their schools on the 2021 NE2B all-league teams. Buchanan, a senior, made the first team, while Whitman, a junior, was on the second-team.
Both were recognized at the district tournament at Liberty High School last week.
Buchanan led a young Gorillas squad in kills for the second straight season, while Whitman emerged as the best player on a Reardan squad that advanced to the district tournament.
Undefeated Colfax had the league MVP, Justice Brown, and another first-teamer in Asher Cai.
