DAVENPORT—Michelle Leigh Hopkins, 47, whose last known address was at 1311 Logan Street here, had 23 charges added to her case at the motion of the state in a hearing Tuesday, Nov. 30. Hopkins is now charged with 10 counts of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree and 15 counts of the same charge, but in the second degree.
Hopkins was originally arrested Dec. 29, 2020 along with Scotty Duane Maiden and given two charges.
