ODESSA – With Daeton Deife, Collin Martin and Jacob Scrupps still on the injured list, the varsity boys have struggled so far this basketball season. They took a 69-27 drubbing from Davenport on Dec. 14 in Odessa's home gym.
Senior forward Nathan Carstensen led the scoring with 12 points. Fellow senior Landen Brooks contributed 5 points.

Carstensen and Dakota Steward led the team in rebounds with five each. Turnovers were a serious problem for the Tigers, who tallied 24 throughout the game.
