REARDAN – The girls varsity team was rarely challenged in two convincing wins over Almira-Coulee-Hartline and Odessa this week. Reardan knocked off the Warriors 54-31 Saturday, Dec. 18 and dusted off the Tigers 48-28 Tuesday, Dec. 21.
Reardan was particularly dominant in the first half against ACH, pitching a 14-0 shutout in the first quarter and leading 25-2 at the break behind a stifling press defense and 11 points from Ayden Krupke.
ACH found some offense in the third quarter and outscored Reardan 19-13, but the home team still led 38-21 with a period to go. Reardan would extend that...
