Plow-er surge

The county and city snowplows have been busy this week as Old Man Winter enters the region in full force. This county plow could be seen clearing the streets in Davenport Monday, Jan. 3. 4.3 inches of snowfall was measured by the National Weather Service Thursday, Jan. 6, the highest total of the season so far.
