The Crab Creek Alliance held a grand opening of its headquarters and local gathering spot last week. Visitor Lynn Schmidt and board members Sharri Proulx and Bill Pichon sit out in the sunshine during the event.
ODESSA – The Crab Creek Alliance hosted its grand opening March 25-26 at its newly purchased location at 17 W. First Ave.
Housed in the former Ott/Haase Insurance location, the Alliance is a non-profit organization established by several local residents to build community spirit, fosteri inclusivity, and celebrate the history of the town and promote its future.
The group has applied for tax exempt 501(c)(3) status.
The building's front office space has been furnished with a conference table and chairs for use as a meeting place for small to medium-sized groups.
