OPDA approves flagpole

ODESSA- A proposal to place a flagpole within the Industrial park was approved by the Public Development Authority with approval from town council and the state pending.

The flag pole would be 60 feet tall and cannot affect airspace in the surrounding area.

No updates were given on the industrial park signage.

The biodiesel plant has a potential buyer.

A motion was made by Clark Kagele to approve bill payment. The board approved the motion unanimously.

Discussions of how to proceed were discussed briefly with ideas for a CDGB grant that could be applied for.

The Community Development Block Program provides annual grants to states, cities, and counties to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment.

The minutes from the March 21 2022 meeting were unanimously approved.

The meeting adjourned after an executive session.
