Area diamond squads prepare for districts

DAVENPORT-Local baseball and softball teams have about one week left in their respective regular seasons before heading to districts. Baseball districts begin this weekend, while softball regular seasons run through next Tuesday.

Several local teams were in action this week and over the weekend as the regular season winds down.
