DAVENPORT—A Ritzville man charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident involving state Sen. Mark Schoesler last October was sentenced for one charge last week.
Glen Roy Stockwell of Ritzville was convicted of fourth-degree assault in Lincoln County District Court Tuesday, May 24, but had charges of harassment and disorderly conduct dismissed, according to court records.
Presiding judge Dan B. Johnson sentenced Stockwell to 12 months supervised probation, 12 months unsupervised probation and a $750 fine. He also gave Stockwell two days in...
