Cruize On In Diner up for sale

ODESSA- The Cruize On In Diner is up for sale after being open for less than a year.

Dan and Becky Huntington, the owners, painted, cleaned and did minor remodeling to the establishment.

Their son Andy Huntington helped with the remodeling.

The Huntingtons moved here after looking for a more relaxed lifestyle. Odessa was the right fit for the private family.

Dan Huntington said he has no plans to leave Odessa and that he loves the community.Dan Huntington was born and raised in Whittier, Calif. and moved to Washington in his younger years.

The Huntingtons spent a considerable amount of time looking at smaller towns before settling in Odessa.

Dan Huntington retired from Boeing after 31 ½ years in Everett.

Becky Huntington worked as a data entry specialist as well as a bookkeeper. She raised her son and daughter while working.

The diner is still open and operating regular business hours.

The diner is located at 206 1st Ave in Odessa toward the west end of town.

A 1950’s feel throughout the diner brings a nostalgia that Huntington wanted to establish.

The building is 1,500 square feet and is listed for $214,900.
