DAVENPORT-Vintage Harvest saw the harvesting of Crayton Guhlke's wheat field in the return of a longtime event that this year benefited the Lincoln County Historical Society. Roughly 10 harvesters began cutting wheat around 10 a.m. after taking the first hour to fire up the old-time rigs. A car show supplemented the harvest for the first time this year, and the all-day event concluded with dinner at the big red barn after the cutting.
