OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

The Town of Odessa has determined

that the Odessa Municipal

Airport Tie-Down Apron will

not have a probable significant

adverse impact on the environment.

An environmental impact

statement (EIS) is not required

under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c).

This determination was made

after review of the NEPA documented

categorical exclusion

checklist and cultural resources

survey completed for the project.

Copies of this information

are available for review at the

Odessa Clerk’s Office.
