Reardan defeats Colfax in mud bowl

REARDAN-The Screaming Eagles slogged through the mud en route to a 6-0 win over the Colfax Bulldogs in both teams' last football game on Friday, Nov. 4.

The field was splotches of green grass and snow at kickoff.. By the end of the first quarter, it was a quagmire; the mud obscured the players' numbers.

Much of the game was back and forth in the middle of the field. Neither team experienced success through the air, so relied mostly on runs up the middle.
