April 2

Traffic stops: 2

A Davenport man said he was having problems with his neighbor on the 39600 block of Teel Flat Lane.

A car vs. deer crash was reported on Highway 231 at milepost 39.

A caller complained about his neighbors letting garbage blow onto his property when wind picked up.

A 78-year-old man having trouble breathing was reported.

A caller said her horse trailer was stuck on railroad tracks when she tried to cut a road corner.

A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported on Highway 231 at Crescent Road.

April 3

Traffic stops: 3

A Davenport man said a blue Ford Escape was parked in front of a home on the 900 block of Merriam Street and “something wasn’t right.”

A Spokane man reported an abandoned vehicle in Odessa.

A Davenport woman reported a middle-aged man blasting music and “acting weird” near Wheatland Bank downtown.

A Davenport man reported a plastic bin with compost inside on fire.

A caller said his wife “lost it” by destroying his house and hitting him.

April 4

Traffic stops: 1

A caller said she woke up freezing in her bed wearing a shirt that wasn’t hers.

A strong gas smell was reported near 10th and Merriam Streets in Davenport.

A caller said she found a battery inside the abandoned schoolhouse in Govan while touring area ghost towns.

A Grand Coulee woman reported a vehicle in a field on the north side of Highway 174 near L&M Storage.

A Sprague man said his cat was beaten up.

A Harrington woman said another woman fell outside her home and was bleeding.

An Odessa man reported a suspicious vehicle on his property on the 10400 block of Sommers Lane.

A cherry picker blocking Euclid Road at Highway 231 north of Reardan was reported.

A possible field fire north of Davenport Municipal Airport was reported.

A caller requested a welfare check on his sister, whom he said he hadn’t heard from for two days.

April 5

Traffic stops: 3

A caller reported a vehicle “all over the roadway.”

Papers were served to a woman in Odessa.

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Spokane County.

A Reardan man reported an abandoned vehicle at the end of Oehlschlaeger Road.

An Odessa man said the duck club hunting shed near Irby was broken into.

A Long Lake Dam worker said he was told someone removed the gates that lead to dam access roads.

A white pickup truck with something leaking out of it was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 259.

A silver van parked near the county line on Highway 2 with its flashers on was reported.

A Wilbur man said firefighters kept blocking his driveway on Cole Avenue.

Papers were served to a man on the 300 block of East First Street in Sprague.

A man called 911 but refused to tell dispatchers why he was calling.

A caller said squatters living in his dad’s house took a space heater from his dad’s bedroom.

April 6

Traffic stops: 11

An abandoned trailer was reported.

Spokane Police requested help from Reardan Police.

A Lincoln County employee said a man trying to get a restraining order at the County Clerk’s Office was acting oddly.

A caller said her ex was making continued threats.

A camper on fire was reported.

An Odessa woman said a person broke a window in her Third Avenue house and trashed her couch.

A man requested a welfare check on a former employee of his that lives in Odessa and no one could get a hold of.

An old pickup truck with keys locked inside was reported at the south entrance of Hawk Creek Estates.

Lincoln Hospital employees said a female patient walked out of the emergency room holding keys while sporting a blood-alcohol content of .347.

A caller reported two people hanging out near her house.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked on church property.

A caller said two people kept taking items out of his father’s house.

April 7

Traffic stops: 7

A Davenport woman asked if a deputy could talk to “whomever owns the black pickup and trailer parked at Sixth and Sinclair.”

A welfare check was requested on a person on the 52200 block of Sobek Road east of Edwall.

A Davenport woman said a tenant at Safeway Apartments was screaming inside her apartment.

April 8

Traffic stops: 8

A deputy assisted a driver with re-hitching a camper.

An unresponsive 21-year-old man was reported in Reardan.

A black Ford pickup truck with keys locked inside was reported near Moccasin Bay.

A residential burglary was reported just west of Davenport.

A Davenport man reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 2.

April 4

Shari Lynn Finn, 48, Creston. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

April 6

Xzavier Domnique Evans, 22, Odessa. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree malicious mischief.

April 8

Dominic Joseph Hmielewski, 19, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of residential burglary.

Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull

Jason Albert Boyd was convicted of second-degree burglary and sentenced to 25 months in prison followed by 25 months community custody.

Tayler Ray Davis was convicted of second-degree burglary and sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison.

PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

Apryl Wraspir of Odessa sold 306 West Fourth Avenue in Odessa to Janina Hansen of Lakewood for $215,000.

Travis and Rachel Logan of Davidson, Okla. sold 34041 North Redwine Canyon Road in Creston to Lucinda Ruotsalanien of Creston for $320,000.

Raymond and Barbra Hamilton of Reardan sold land in Reardan to Dain Harden of Reardan for $3,500.
