for permit to appropriate public

waters, subject to existing rights,

from a well in the amount of 450

gallons per minute each year,

for the seasonal irrigation of

120 acres. The source of the

proposed appropriation is to be

located within the NWY

28, Township 21 N., Range

33 E.W.M., in Lincoln County,

WA. Protests or objections to

approval of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a fifty-($

and filed with the Department of
