Odessa MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

REQUEST FOR

QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

AIRPORT CONSULTING

SERVICES

The Town of Odessa is requesting

interested firms to submit

their qualifications for consulting

services for the Odessa

Municipal Airport. The projects

are anticipated to be funded

in part by the Federal Aviation

Administration (FAA), WSDOT

Aviation, and the Town. The

Town will retain the services

of a consultant for a period of

up to five (5) years to provide

airport planning, environmental

services, professional engineering,

surveying, testing, land

acquisition services, FAA grant

preparation and administration

assistance, and construction

inspection for, but not limited to

the following projects (or project

components):

1. Lighted Windsock.

2. Perimeter Fencing.

3. Taxiway Rehabilitation

4. Other projects as the Town

deems necessary.

Responses are due by September

28, 2023, 4:00 p.m. at the

Town Clerk’s Office, 21 E First

Ave, PO Box 218, Odessa, WA

99159.

Qualified aviation consulting

firms or individuals are encouraged

to submit documents.
